This Award will be given to a business which demonstrates the greatest potential for a product or service it is developing in association with a West Midlands University.

Innovation Achieved
This Award will be given to a business which demonstrates the greatest potential for a product or service is has developed in association with a West Midlands University, where the product or service is openly available on the market.

Open Collaboration Award
This Award will be given to a consortium of partners, lead by a University in the West Midlands. The consortium can be made up of multiple partners from both inside the West Midlands and out. Providing a platform to showcase the West Midlands is a must. As in the other categories innovation and collaboration are key to success, and high levels of activity on both accounts must be demonstrated.
